FOR NON-FICTION AUTHORS

The AI Tool That Actually Gets Your Voice
(So you stay in your zone of genius)

Reach more readers with an AI tool that understands your unique voice.

You Wrote the Book. Now You Need to Build Your Audience.

And keeping up with all the newsletters, LinkedIn posts, podcast pitches, and social content basically feels like homework. Every. Single. Week.

So you’ve probably tried AI and run into these problems…

  • Generic AI gives you generic material

That makes you sound like every other AI-generated thought leader. Because that's exactly what it is (surprise). So you spend hours editing to make it sound like you.

  • Or worse, you start from scratch every time.

Because the AI "forgot" your voice from last week. So instead of building momentum, you're constantly starting over.

  • And you're stuck with three options that all kind of suck.

Option 1: Spending 15 hours per week writing everything yourself. Time you don't have and the energy you need for more impactful work.

Option 2: Hiring a content manager who needs your brain for every piece, which adds another person to manage, while your voice gets diluted.

Option 3: Using ChatGPT and cringing every time it uses a cliché or generic cheerleading advice that makes you sound like everyone else.

None of these work. You know that.

Stack of eight books about business, startup, and innovation topics on a white table. The titles include "Zero to One," "Ego is the Enemy," "The Obstacle is the Way," and "Exponential Organizations."

Turns out it’s a lot easier to edit a crappy first draft than write one.

You know that moment when you need to write your newsletter and stare at a blank screen for twenty minutes? Or when you finish recording a podcast and realize you somehow need to turn that into six different pieces of content?

Most authors open Claude, type "write me a post about [topic]," and get something generic. Flat. Definitely not them.

This is what AI looks like when you use it intentionally.

It starts with understanding how you work and what you create. Then we build around that. Your proprietary thinking, your book's frameworks, your way of explaining concepts, and your actual voice all live in a custom tool trained on your work. So when you need content, you're not starting from scratch. You're starting from your ideas, with an assistant who helps you shape them into whatever format you need.

That's what a Custom AI Content Assistant does.

You stay in your zone of genius (the deep thinking, the original ideas, the expertise only you have). The tool handles the parts that drain you, like repurposing that podcast or drafting the LinkedIn post you've been avoiding for three days.

Here's what you get

  • Voice Analysis & Custom Training

I dig into how you actually write and talk. Things like your word choices, your rhythm, and natural way of explaining things. Then I train your tool to sound like the sharpest version of you. Not a generic AI voice. Not a watered-down copy of you. But a version that hired me to blend your writing voice with scroll stopping hooks and more consistency.

  • Custom Prompt Guide

Pre-written prompts tailored to your specific writing workflow. We’ll talk about what you create regularly like newsletters, LinkedIn posts, podcast pitches, guest article outlines, and more. Then you can delete those generic copy-paste prompts you’ve been using on repeat! These suckers are written for your workflow, your formats, and your voice. Huzzah!

  • Your AI Tool Setup

I build and configure your custom AI tool on whichever platform works best for you (Claude or ChatGPT). By the time it's done, it already knows your writing voice, your frameworks, and how you think. It can question your logic, push back on weak arguments, and suggest ways to make your pieces stronger. You don't need to worry about the technical side. You just show up to your training session and learn on a tool that already knows your voice and is ready to use.

  • Your Training Session & Handoff

I walk you through your tool step by step with no assumptions about what you already know. We'll troubleshoot together, test it live, and by the end you'll wonder why you waited this long. Your ideas and your body of work, finally working for you.

  • 14-Days of Direct Access to Jen

After your training session you have 14 days of direct access to me via email or Voxer. Hit a snag? Not sure how to prompt it for a specific piece of content? I'm a voice message away.

  • Your Quick-Start Guide & Video Walkthrough

A simple one page guide showing how your tool works, plus short video walkthroughs if you need them. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Plus: A 45-minute tune-up session 30 days after delivery to refine outputs and make sure everything is working exactly how you need it.

Meet Jen

I'm a copywriter who's spent five years working with non-fiction authors. I've been watching really smart, accomplished people use AI in ways that somehow make their content worse, not better.

They ask ChatGPT to write a post about "X topic" and get back something technically correct, completely generic, and that sounds nothing like them. Then they spend an hour editing it into something passable. (AI at its best saves us time. At its worst, it gives us more things to do.)

These clients have a whole body of original thinking sitting in their books, podcasts, and articles. I knew the IP was there. What was missing was a tool that actually knew their work, their voice, and their unique workflow.

So I started building those tools. First, with custom Claude projects trained on their voice, their frameworks, and their way of explaining ideas. I created prompts and designed instructions for the content they needed, trained the tool to push back, question their logic, and not just cheerlead.

My clients kept saying things like, "This is remarkable. WOW." And it gave them a way to use all that thinking they'd already done instead of starting from scratch every time.

I think this is what using AI intentionally looks like. So far, my clients agree.

You already have the material.

Here’s what happens when your AI tool understands it all.

Your book's concepts, your frameworks, your way of explaining things. All of it in one place, ready to pull from whenever you sit down to write. And it all sounds like you because it came from your body of work.

It’s not generic AI. It’s your thinking, your voice, and your content.

So everything else gets easier because you’ll…

Know that every piece of content you publish starts with your ideas, your voice, and your original thinking. Not a prompt or a template. It’s yours.

Stop losing hours to content busywork. Do more of the thinking, the connecting, and the writing that only you can do.

Build an audience of readers who tell their friends about you. That’s more than just follower counts; it’s loyal engagement.

Open doors you didn't even know to knock on because the right people keep finding your work.

Keep your book and ideas alive long after launch week and in front of the readers who need them most.

Turn one piece of content into five without starting from scratch every time. Your newsletter becomes LinkedIn posts, podcast talking points, and social posts before your chai gets cold.

Show up consistently in your field and become the go-to voice readers, podcast hosts, and event organizers actually remember.

Three weeks. Here’s how it goes.

  • Week 1: Voice Analysis & Strategy

We start with a 1-hour strategy session to map out your content workflow. What do you create, how often, and where do you get stuck? What's taking too long, and what do you wish were easier? I want to understand how you work so I can design a tool that fits the way you actually think and create. This isn’t a generic setup someone else could use. By the end of this session, we have a clear plan for exactly what we're building and why.

  • Week 2: Custom Training & Tool Setup

Using everything we mapped out in Week 1, I train your custom AI tool on your workflow, your voice, your style, and the proven copywriting principles that make your content connect with readers. I configure the tool (whether that's Claude or ChatGPT) with custom prompts tailored to the exact content you create. By the end of this week, your tool is fully trained, tested, and ready to go.

  • Week 3: Training Session & Delivery

I walk you through your custom tool in a 60-minute live session (or pre-recorded, if that works better for you). How to use it, when to trust the outputs, and what to tweak. You leave with your quick-start guide, your video walkthroughs, and the confidence to actually use it on your own. And 30 days later, we check in. A 45-minute tune-up to make sure the tool is still fitting your workflow and doing what it should.

  • So what's the catch?

    Glad you asked!
I handle the heavy lifting. Your total time commitment is about 2-3 hours across three sessions. That’s it. Our initial strategy session, one 60-minute training session, and one 45-minute tune-up. No ongoing meetings, no complicated setup. After that, the tool works for you. Every week, you get back hours you'd normally spend on content busywork.
